What's a "Bread Blog"?

I hope to use this page to let Bread Heads know what's going on in the abbey kitchen, what kind of recipes I'm working on, and to make some suggestions for seasonal baking. Here you'll find recipes, instructions and illustrations for dough shaping, and the occasional book review. So check in often to see what's new in my world of baking.

Thanks for the recipe. I am going to try this with gluten free flours and see how it works. I'll let you know.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your class at the K of C in Cottleville on Saturday. Can't wait to try the recipes. Would like some info on your prayer bracelets when you get the the chance,you sound like a pretty busy guy. Also when will you be around this area next?
