Bambino Bread
Bambino Bread looks like Baby Jesus wrapped in his swaddling clothes. It appears to be a complex braid, but it's not really all that difficult. I think the hardest part is rolling out a "rope" of dough that is about 24" long. But after that it's quite simple: tie a knot, make a twist, pull the other end through. The photos below show you how. You place the braid on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 30 minutes. The interior temperature of the fully baked loaf should be about 195 degrees.
