Not much to say here except that I just posted a recipe for Butterscotch Gingerbread cut-out cookies. It uses butterscotch pudding for the flavoring---the instant kind is what I've always used. They don't need frosting in my opinion, and the dough is kind of a teddy bear/Winnie the Pooh kind of color, so you know what cutters to look for.
